It is hard to get both boys together for a picture!

Ty is 10 weeks today and doing very well. He sleeps fabulously(again, still knocking on wood) and smiles and coos all the time now. He is wonderfully chubby. He actually enjoys tummy time and the bath now. The majority of "he looks like" goes to my dad. He is extremely tongue tied and will be having a quick procedure for that in a few weeks. His eyes are a beautiful blue--Priest Lake in the summer blue.

Enjoying this weather!

My Mother's Day

A super yummy Drew-cooked breakfast, playing in our backyard, dual naps for about an hour, and a dinner picnic at Chateau St. Michelle. Perfect!

A fabulous Saturday

We got to go see Sesame Street Live with a bunch of friends (thanks Jenn for organizing!) and it was a big hit for the kiddos. Ben was pretty much mesmorized the whole time and would always ask where Elmo was. Elmo always came back and Ben was happy.

Later that day we bbq'd with friends that have a newly purchased bounce house (famously huge hit) and a water table (from last summer) that inspired a water fight between Ben and Kendall. They both ended up entirely soaked and thrilled about it. It was well captured on film and can be seen on the Dent's blog http://www.seattledents.blogspot.com/ Definitely check it out!

Make Way for Ducklings

Ben's favorite book these days has been Make Way for Ducklings. Last week I snapped this picture of him reading it to himself while I was getting ready. And every night for the last few weeks it has been his first pick to read before bed. Today we were at Chateau St. Michelle and came across this family of ducks. I thought they were so sweet so took their photo. Tonight we read Make Way for Ducklings and then while talking afterwards, Ben told me he saw "momma Mallard" and "the ducklings" today. I absolutely love the idea of Ben seeing his favorite characters in real life!

Mariner's game with friends...

As we were running around crazy getting us all out of the house, I doubted this trip to Safeco Field. But, it was an absolute blast. We got to enjoy the game and our friends for 10 innings! The more we get to do as a family and with our friends the better. :)
